Today’s wedding is all about my favorite season – Fall. Even though I’d imagine most of our readers are pretty deep in the winter, I figured a warm multicolored Fall wedding with southern details could help brighten your day.
This is not your typical red and orange fall wedding, but a gorgeous one filled with a jaw dropping vibrant cascading bouquet, sangria bridesmaid dresses, the bride’s deep auburn hair and her princess gown (giving the vibe of a mix between princess Jasmine and Ariel) and more fall perfect details. Burlap and lace seemed to be trending heavily at this wedding, giving it the perfect southern/rustic feel with a twist with bright florals from blue orchids to deep purple dahlias. A handmade cross for the ceremony by the bride’s uncle, a special moment of letter reading between Lucas and Katie and a gorgeous 4 layer cake, are a few of KV’s favorite things from this gorgeous wedding.
Advice for future Couples
“I know a million ideas are running through couple’s minds when it comes to planning a wedding and it can get stressful especially if you’re trying to make your wedding look like one you’ve seen in a magazine, on pinterest, on tv etc. The best advice I can give is to tell them to make sure their wedding expresses who they are as a couple, then people will always remember it, and more importantly, they’ll never forget it : )” – Katie
