Puerto Rico Vintage Engagement by Karism Photography

Hola! Today we head over to Puerto Rico with 2 lovers I found on Instagram and knew I totally had to share with you all. Edwin and Nilmarie’s Puerto Rico Vintage Engagement by Karism Photography is definitely one to wake you up this Tuesday morning and get your day started. These high school sweethearts “how they met story” is one for the books. One day she was standing in front of the Director’s office at school, and as he was walking by in front of her, he kissed her and just kept walking – just like that! After that, LOVE became part of their own history.

Their Puerto Rico vintage engagement session was taken in February in Rincón, filled with real vintage items for props that have been collected over time and others hand made. Everything about this session screams the new direction of Knotsvilla – Prop-ful photos! Not only are the vintage props very prop-fect but the looks of these two, in love and in the vintage mood is another thing that makes this session just right.

Advice for future couples planning the same event

“Plan ahead your shoot! Dress accordingly for the theme you want your pictures to be. Make sure that everyone coordinates in both color types and styles. Wear clothing that you feel good in and the pictures will show those feelings. All this details and others require time, so planing ahead is of utmost importance!”
