Along a path in the woods at Hope Pavilion, a wedding venue in Ponte Vedra, FL, there are beautiful ancient-like structures hidden inside the trees that often times get overlooked, but Make My Day Wedding & Event Planning and True Era Photography wanted to show off the beauty of the ageless inspired architectural features.
This purple copper wedding styled shoot joins together a Bohemian, Roman ambiance. It was within this secluded space that the models Sarah and Blake portrayed a wedding that would make everyone feel as though they were lost in time. Sarah and Blake are a real-life couple who have been married for nine years and weren’t able to get many pictures from their wedding so many years ago. So this gorgeous styled shoot also served them at the same time.
The bride looked ravishing in the gorgeous Wtoo Lenora wedding dress provided by White Magnolia and hair and makeup by Paulina Perez and her team. The stationery, which featured purple and copper tone hand painted florals were beautifully done by Michele Perry Design Co.
The amazing florals were created by the talented Lori Parker Floral Studio. A mixture of Eryngium, Anemone, Rancunculus, Lilac Spray Roses, Queen Anne’s Lace, Astrantia, calla Lilies, Grasses, Ferns, Eucalyptus, Berzillia, Dianthus and Rosemary made up the gorgeous centerpiece, bridal bouquet, boutonniere and cake topper flowers. Lori mixed in amazing copper wire to tie into the color scheme.
The rental items that make up the sweetheart table for the happy couple and the toasting station were provided by Event Decor and More. The beautiful décor is what brought this vision to life. The colors of purple, whites and copper complimented each other perfectly and created the most exquisite contrast to the ancient ruin structures that surrounded.
The place setting featured the copper, white and purple color scheme and was accompanied by Moscow mule cups that served as the place card for the bride and groom. The calligraphy featured on the copper cups made it even more perfect, thank to Brittany Coleman.
The cake, which featured hints of purple tones and copper flakes was made by Alleycakes Dessert Company. The two-tiered dessert paired very well with the setting and was the perfect sweet treat for the shoot. As for toasting, of course they had to add an extra flair to the normal champagne and included purple rock candy. To end the day and add an extra special touch, Tin Can Photo Lounge provided an amazing photo booth trailer for the models to play around with in the sunset.
